Terms of service

These terms explain how you can use this website and how availo works with the businesses it builds booking systems for. Last updated: 17 October 2026.

1. Who we are

availo designs and builds online booking systems for businesses, from Amman, Jordan. You can reach us at hello@getavailo.com or +962 79 673 5257.

2. Using this website

You may browse this site, try the playground and book a free call. Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it or reach parts you aren't meant to. The sample businesses shown on this site, and on our sample subdomains, are invented. They are examples of our work, not real clients, and bookings made on them are not real.

3. Prices

Prices on our pricing page are in Jordanian dinars and may change. The price that applies to you is the one in the quote we send you and that you agree to. Prices marked "on request" are quoted individually.

4. How a project works

• We build first. There is nothing to pay before we start.
• Free trial. When your system is ready, you can use it live for 2 weeks at no cost.
• Payment. If you are happy and have no remaining changes, you pay the one-time build price. If you decide not to continue, you owe nothing and we take the system down.
• Included care. Your package includes free months of care after payment, as stated on the pricing page or in your quote.

5. Care plans

After the included months, keeping your system online needs a care plan. It covers hosting, backups, small edits and support. You choose how often to pay, and the plan renews at the end of each period unless you tell us before then that you want to stop. If a payment is late, we will remind you, and after a grace period of 14 days we may pause your system until it is paid. Larger changes or new features are quoted separately.

6. Who owns what

• Your content and your data (name, logo, photos, services, and your clients' bookings and details) belong to you.
• Your booking site's design is yours to use once the build price is paid.
• Our software, the code and tools we use to run booking systems, stays ours. We give you the right to use it for as long as your care plan is active.
• If you leave, we will send you an export of your bookings and client details.
• We may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Your clients' data

When your clients book through your system, you are responsible for that data and we store and process it on your behalf, only to run your booking system. We keep it secure, do not sell it and do not use it for anything else. Our own handling of data that you share with us is explained in our privacy page.

8. Your responsibilities

You make sure that the information on your booking site (services, prices, hours) is correct, that you have the right to use any logo, photos and text you give us, and that you honour the bookings your clients make.

9. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep your system online and backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example when our hosting or email providers have problems. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost business, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it.

10. Ending the service

You can stop your care plan at the end of any paid period. We may end the service if the terms are seriously broken or payments remain unpaid after the grace period. In both cases, you get an export of your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and if the change affects an active client, we tell you by email.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction. If anything here conflicts with a written agreement signed between you and availo, the signed agreement applies.
